I have been visiting Northeast Tennessee all my life as my mother was from Blountville. My father is from Thailand (my name is pronounced "Car-rum" and we have a rich family history(mom's side the Dulaneys) in this area (roots going back to the 1700's when my great great grandfather settled here) and have always enjoyed the pace of living here. I moved to Rock Springs after my mother passed away to take care of my father. I moved here from Boulder, Colorado and transplanted my wife from Los Angeles to Boulder to here and we cannot think of moving to a better place for raising our family.

I have over 31 years of experience in real estate from new homes marketing to commercial, land to residential resale, and asset marketing, and redevelopment. My experience can help you make your dream happen for you!

I am involved in our community and have sat on several non-profit boards such as United Way(Board and Executive Board and Chair Community Impact), Fresh Start Surgical Gifts (Board member), Leadership Kingsport (Chair of Programs), Indian Springs Christian Church (Board Member, Trustee, and Deacon of Worship), and have Chaired several committees in our North East Tennessee Association of REALTORS as well as being a graduate of Leadership Kingsport and Leadership 2015 (Johnson City) as well as the North East Tennessee Association of REALTORS Leadership program. I have won several awards in Marketing Excellence, Silver Circle Awards, RE/MAX® Executive Club Awards,and many more. I have severd as a Congressional Contact for the National Homebuilders Association and am involved in campaigns currently with our legislators to protect your rights in real estate.
